Become a friend of the Elbert County Historical Society & Museum today!  You can contribute in a number of ways:

DONATE
Whether it’s an item of your ancestors or an artifact from Elbert County, we welcome any and all assistance in preserving the history of the county.  Tangible donations are carefully catalogued with the name of the donor and all donations are tax deductible.  For more information on artifact donation, click HERE.

VOLUNTEER
The Elbert County Historical Society & Museum depends solely upon volunteers.  Anyone with an interest in history is welcome.  Volunteer opportunities range from museum hosting to exhibit planning to building maintenance and much, much more!

JOIN
Support the activities and outreach programs of the Elbert County Historical Society & Museum by becoming an annual member anytime during the year.  Members receive announcements on upcoming exhibits and events, a subscription to the Smoky Hill Express bi-annual newsletter, and are able to vote at the Annual Membership Meeting and General Membership Meetings.  Choose from one of four levels of membership: individual, family, student/senior and volunteer.  Membership renewals are due January 1 of each year.
